All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed. I accept Paypal, Cashiers Checks & Postal Money Orders only.

Payment must be received in full before the animal will be shipped.

I ship with Fedex and UPS via Priority Overnite. Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as they are available.
Live arrival of your animal is guaranteed. All animals must be signed for and received at the first attempted delivery or the live arrival guarantee will be voided.

I do reserve the right to ship on days that are best depending on weather. I prefer to ship on Mondays and Tuesdays and will never ship on Thursday.

Upon receipt of the animal, I require that you contact me via phone or email, to let me know that the animal arrived safe and sound.

You have 24 hours to decide if you are satified with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, an exchange animal or refund will be given after the original animal has been returned to me. Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs via FedEx or UPS Priority Overnite.

All animals are guaranteed healthy for 48 hours after arrival. After 48 hours, the buyer assumes full responsibility of the animal.

In the event of a Dead On Arrival, I will request it be returned to me and will make arrangements to either replace it or refund your money. I am proud to say this has never happened but I am prepared to stand behind my guarantee. For my DOA guarantee, you must have been available on the first attempt to sign for the animal.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are available from durations of 30 to 90 days. A 25% non-refundable deposit will have the boa reserved and held for you. You boa will be fed and taken care of at no extra charge to you. The 25% non-refundable deposit is not transferable and is meant to cover the costs associated with holding and caring for your boa. The deposit will go towards the cost of your boa based on the originally agreed upon purchase price.

If you decide not to complete the payment plan you will forfiet your deposit.
